This agreement clarifies the user's usage rights, service scope, behavioral specifications and relevant constraint mechanisms when using all creative functions of Ethmora. All users who open and use the application shall be deemed to have fully understood and accepted all clauses of this User Agreement.
All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the user's local device, and the information will be deleted when the user actively deletes the information, so the application does not collect any facial data of users. All user creative behaviors and portrait processing operations in Ethmora are completed through local AI computing, and no user facial information will be acquired, retained or transmitted by the application in any usage scenario.
Ethmora is a local AI cultural theme creation tool oriented to young overseas user groups. The application relies on local AI image and video generation capabilities to provide users with diversified cultural theme template creation services. The core service scope includes static image generation and dynamic video production based on user local portrait photos, covering multiple cultural scene templates such as Latin Carnival, African Music Festival, European Classical Salon, American Country Music Festival, Halloween Party and Christmas Gathering.
The application supports users to complete local text overlay, background music matching, high-definition local saving and social platform sharing of creative works. Advanced subscription services can unlock full advanced templates and watermark-free export functions. All service links are completed based on local device operation, and the application does not collect any facial data of users during all service provision processes.
Ethmora adopts a no-login usage mode. Users can directly open the application and use all basic and advanced creative functions without registering accounts or submitting any personal identification information. The whole usage process is independent and private on the user's local device.
All user operation data and portrait materials only exist on the user's local device, and the application does not collect any facial data of users. Users have full autonomy over the opening, use and closing of application functions.
Users shall use Ethmora and all its creative functions in a positive and standardized manner. Users agree not to use the application to create, edit or disseminate any inappropriate, offensive, discriminatory, illegal or immoral content. Users shall independently bear all responsibilities for the content they create through local AI creation functions.
All creative content is generated and stored locally on the user's device. The application does not collect any user facial data or creative content data, and will not supervise or judge user local creative content, but users shall always abide by public usage norms and moral constraints when using the application.
Users are prohibited from disassembling, modifying, cracking or secondary developing the application program and local AI computing modules. Users are prohibited from using non-official plug-ins, tools or programs to interfere with the local creation functions of Ethmora. Users are prohibited from using the application for commercial speculation, illegal profit-making and other non-personal entertainment purposes without authorization.
Any improper operation of users will only affect the local use effect of the user's own device. No prohibited operation behavior will lead to the collection of user facial data by the application, and all facial information is still only stored and processed locally.
All portrait photos uploaded by users and all cultural theme works created by users through local AI functions are independently controlled and responsible by users themselves. Users shall ensure that the uploaded portrait materials and created content do not infringe the legitimate rights and interests of any third party.
The application does not collect any user facial data, and does not obtain, store or use any user portrait and creative content. Once users actively delete local materials and works, all corresponding content including facial related information will be completely cleared from the local device.
The basic functions of Ethmora can be used by all users for free. The premium subscription service is an optional paid service for users, which is only used to unlock all full cultural theme templates and realize watermark-free high-definition export of creative works. Subscription service authority verification is completed through local device identification.
The opening and use of subscription services will not trigger any collection of user facial data, and all user facial information is always processed and stored locally on the user's device.
After users purchase the premium subscription service, they can use the advanced template resources and watermark-free export function within the valid subscription period. The subscription service authority is only bound to the local device used by users at the time of purchase and is only applicable to the local use of the application.
Ethmora does not automatically renew subscription services without user active confirmation. All subscription operation behaviors are independently completed by users. The whole subscription service process does not involve any acquisition and collection of user facial data.
All portrait materials, edited text, matched audio and generated creative works stored in the local directory of the user's device belong exclusively to the user. Users enjoy all independent rights of possession, use, deletion and sharing of local data.
All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the user's local device, and the information will be deleted when the user actively deletes the information, so the application does not collect any facial data of users. The application has no right to obtain, occupy or use any user local data and facial information.
Users can clear local cache data, delete single creative materials or batch clean up all local creative content at any time through the application's local function entries. After the user completes the deletion operation, all corresponding data including facial feature information generated in the creation process will be completely cleared from the local device.
The application will not retain, back up or restore any deleted user local data and facial information, and there is no any collection behavior of user facial data.
Ethmora will regularly carry out local function optimization, template resource update and application performance maintenance to improve user creation experience. All update and maintenance behaviors only act on the local application program of the user's device, and will not access or obtain any user local data and facial information.
During the operation and maintenance process of the application, the application does not collect any user facial data, and all user private creation information is always kept in the local device.
Users agree that any invalidity of individual clauses of this agreement will not affect the validity of other remaining clauses. Ethmora reserves the right to appropriately adjust the service rules and agreement clauses according to function iteration, and the adjusted clauses will take effect after being displayed in the local application.
If users continue to use the local creation functions of the application after the clause adjustment, it will be deemed that users have accepted the updated agreement content. No clause adjustment will cause the application to collect user facial data.
